Centralised Code of Conduct Inquiry Taskforce Final Report

The independent Code of Conduct Taskforce has concluded the investigations into whether Australian public servants (APS) associated with the design and delivery of the Robodebt Scheme breached the Australian Public Service Code of Conduct. This is the final report.

The APSC collects workforce information in a number of different ways to provide a full picture of the APS workforce.

The workforce information we collect is collated and provided back to agencies to enable them to manage their workforce.

The Australian Government is committed to fair and equitable conditions of employment and job security. The Commonwealth will act as a model employer in the APS bargaining process, including through genuine bargaining to improve pay and conditions for APS employees.
