The Australian Public Service (APS) is not just a job. It’s a great career choice for a wide range of people, including graduates, people returning to the workforce or those looking for a career change.

Executive Level (EL) classifications have been developed to provide a consistent platform for classifying jobs. They accommodate the diversity of roles across the APS and are structured to clearly differentiate between the work expected (i.e. responsibilities and duties) at each classification level.
