Uphold the high standards of integrity and conduct in the APS

  1. Engage with agencies to ensure the proposed collective workplace arrangements are compliant with the Public Sector Workplace Relations Policy
  2. Influence and shape the strategic direction of the APS by collecting, analysing and sharing workforce data
  3. Potential employees are supported to select the right career pathway to join the APS so agencies have a diverse pool of candidates to choose from
Build public service capability and leadership for the future
