Senate Order for entity contracts
An amendment to the Senate Order of 14 May 2015 requires all procurement contracts be listed in a report on the AusTender website, with non-procurement contracts to be listed on entity websites.
2020 Calendar Year
Pursuant to the Senate Order for entity contracts:
- There were no non-procurement contract entered into by the Australian Public Service Commission which provides for consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:
- has not been fully performed as at 31 December 2020, or
- has been entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2020.
- Procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Homepage (www.tenders.gov.au).
Estimated cost of complying with this Order: $2,000.
Basis of method used to estimate the cost: Applying salary on costs based on the number of hours spent by staff to collect and analyse the information.
2019-20 Financial Year
Pursuant to the Senate Order for entity contracts:
- There were no non-procurement contracts entered into by the Australian Public Service Commission which provides for consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:
- has not been fully performed as at 30 June 2020, or
- has been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2020.
- Procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Homepage (www.tenders.gov.au).
