Hear from recent graduates
- ‘The best part was the variety of experiences. I rotated through different teams, each with its own challenges and learning opportunities. One of my proudest moments was contributing to the APS Employee Census – knowing my work could help improve workplaces across government was incredibly rewarding.’
Cathy, Treasury Graduate
- ‘The program helped me understand where I want to take my career. I connected with a diverse network of professionals – from fellow grads to senior executives – who offered guidance and support. I’m now focused on growing my skills and stepping into leadership roles.’
Blake, Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) Graduate
- ‘One of the highlights was leading the planning and coordination of a full-day event that brought together 14 Secretaries and Agency Heads. The event focused on work critical to the future of the public service. Being entrusted with this responsibility was an incredible experience, and I found it especially rewarding to liaise with the most senior leaders of the public service and their offices before, during, and after the event.’
Rohan, Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) Graduate
