The first image provides the APS headcount of 155,796 at 31 December 2021, which is a 4.8% increase from the December 2020 headcount. Ongoing employees make up 87.5% of the APS while non-ongoing employees represent 12.5%. The proportion of non-ongoing employees increased from 13.6% in 2020. During 2021, there was 14,733 ongoing engagements and 9,904 ongoing
