The AMD Hub provides end-to-end recruitment guidance designed to supplement and complement agencies’ current recruitment practices.

The Affirmative Measures Disability (AMD) Employment Project wrapped up at the end of October. The Project team are developing a suite of guidance, tools and resources that will be housed in the Affirmative Measures Disability Recruitment Hub on GovTeams. The Hub will be available to APS agencies from November 2022.

The Australian Human Rights Commission’s IncludeAbility Project hosts publicly available guides, resources and information for employers and people with disability on topics ranging from creating an inclusive workplace, to identifying as a person with disability. The Project led by Australia’s Disability Discrimination Commissioner Dr Ben Gauntlett aims to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.
