How to pay us
You can pay the Australian Public Service Commission by using any of the following methods:
1. Paying by Credit or Debit card
The Australian Public Service Commission’s online payment form uses the Government EasyPay Online service provided by the Reserve Bank of Australia via their payment gateway service provider, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.
We accept payment by:
- Mastercard credit and debit cards
- Visa credit and debit cards
No fees are applied to card payments. The maximum payment amount is $50,000 and only one invoice can be paid at a time.
Please enter the APSC invoice number (ten digits beginning with 1800 e.g. 1800xxxxxx) in the Invoice No. Field.

Card payment receipts
When you pay using our card payment services, we'll give you a receipt number. The payment details will be displayed on your card statement as ‘APSC_Web‘.
Processing times
You can use the Australian Public Service Commission’s online payment form 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payments will be processed the next business day if it is made:
- after 9:30 pm Sydney Australia Eastern Standard Time for Visa and Mastercard
- on a weekend or
- on a public holiday.
Unavailability of the service
The service may sometimes be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance. If you need to make a payment during these periods, you should use an alternative payment method.

Please quote the invoice number (ten digits beginning with 1800 e.g. 1800xxxxxx) on your remittance advice to ensure the correct allocation of payments. Email your remittance advice to finance@apsc.gov.au.

The payment gateway service provider ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions via the Government EasyPay Online Service, may request personal information about a credit or debit card holder or digital wallet holder - to verify and/or process a transaction submitted by the Australian Public Service Commission, to send you information about a transaction (for example, a receipt) and for providing the Australian Public Service Commission or other parties in the payments system with information or reporting on transactions.
Individuals are entitled under Australian privacy law in certain circumstances to access, and seek correction of, personal information about them held by ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions. 5. Web security
Government EasyPay Online Service
The protection and security of information that you provide on this website is very important and strict industry standards are applied at all times.
Payment information that you enter when using this site is processed and stored in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). This Standard has been developed by the PCI Security Standards Council which is an open global forum responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement, storage, dissemination and implementation of security standards for account data protection.
The information that you provide is protected through the use of Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption. You will notice that the URL in your browser is "HTTPS" instead of "HTTP". This is because this security feature has been invoked. Your browser may also display a lock symbol on the bottom task bar line to indicate that a secure website is being used.
The storage of payment information on the host server used by this website is protected from external networks by the deployment of firewalls and proxy servers.
