The maximum payment amount is A$50,000.

No card payment fee
No card payment fees will be charged, this will be absorbed by the APSC.
Transaction receipt
You will receive a transaction receipt for payments processed through the Government EasyPay – IP Payments service.
The details will appear as APSC on your credit or debit card statement.
Payment processing times
Government EasyPay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments will appear in your account in approximately 24 to 48 hours, longer on weekends and public holidays. Your payment will be processed the next business day if you made it:
- after 6 pm Sydney Australia Eastern Standard Time
- on a weekend, or
- on a public holiday.
Unavailability of the service
The service may sometimes be unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues. If you need to make a payment during these periods, please use an alternative payment method such as EFT.

The protection and security of information that you provide on this website is very important and strict industry standards are applied at all times.
Payment information that you enter when using this site is processed and stored in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). This Standard has been developed by the PCI Security Standards Council which is an open global forum responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement, storage, dissemination and implementation of security standards for account data protection.
The information that you provide is protected through the use of Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption. You will notice that the URL in your browser is "HTTPS" instead of "HTTP". This is because this security feature has been invoked. Your browser may also display a lock symbol on the bottom task bar line to indicate that a secure website is being used.
The storage of payment information on the host server used by this website is protected from external networks by the deployment of firewalls and proxy servers.

Personal Information Collection Notice
The Reserve Bank of Australia (Reserve Bank) may request the provision of your email address (the Information) via our Government EasyPay card payment site in order to send you a copy of your payment receipt.
This Information is received by the Reserve Bank via our payment gateway service provider (currently Bambora Australia Pty Ltd).
The Information is of a kind which the Reserve Bank does not usually disclose to persons or organisations outside the Reserve Bank.
The Reserve Bank is unlikely to disclose the Information to overseas recipients.
Individuals are entitled under Australian privacy law in certain circumstances to access, and seek correction of, personal information about them held by the Reserve Bank. If you wish to access or update the personal information the Reserve Bank holds about you, or if you have an enquiry or complaint about how the Reserve Bank handles personal information, you can contact the Reserve Bank’s Privacy Officer by email to privacy@rba.gov.au or by phone on (02) 9551 8111.
