The Australian Public Service Commission (APSC), in partnership with Office for Women is conducting a refresh of the APS Gender Equality Strategy.
Balancing the Future: Australian Public Service Gender Equality Strategy 2016–19 set out actions for driving high performance and boosting productivity in the Australian Public Service (APS). We are analysing success factors and future focus areas to progress gender equality in the Australian Public Service (APS).
The refreshed strategy seeks to drive practical and impactful action for lasting change. Broad consultation, including APS-wide staff engagement will ensure a diversity of views are represented in a final refreshed strategy.
