Winners announced – 2018 APS Diversity and Gender Equality Awards

The 2018 APS Diversity and Gender Equality Awards were held on Monday 26 November at the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra. The awards recognise outstanding contributions to workplace diversity across the APS.

An independent judging panel had the task of selecting the most deserving winners in several categories.

The Australian Public Service Commission is pleased to announce the winners from each category:

  • Gender Equality award: Digital Transformation Agency – Women in IT Mentoring and Coaching (WITEM)
  • Department/Agency award: Department of Human Services – SES Changing Mindsets Program
  • Network award: Safe Work Australia – Workplace Inclusion Network (WIN)
  • Individual award: Scott Grimley – National Museum of Australia
