Taskforces require the same corporate support and are subject to the same obligations as business-as-usual (BAU) areas. These administrative requirements can be time-consuming to set up, and cover matters such as:

  • setting up and winding down the taskforce
  • ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and
  • ensuring information can be located in the event of enquiries or audits.

Unlike BAU areas, however, taskforces often need to set up and wind down their administration from scratch. It's important to plan for these requirements from the outset, in order to allow you to focus on core taskforce work.
