Suggested evaluation approach for immersive development activities

Immersive development should be evaluated to determine its impact on skill and capability development, and to identify any areas for improvement.

Evaluations should be customised to each activity and its learning objectives.

It is suggested that the employee and their manager are surveyed immediately following the employee's return to work.

tructured follow-up conversations, at a time when behavioural change is more likely to have occurred (i.e. >6 months post-activity) should also be considered.
