The Australian Public Service Commission will be a voice for the service, within the APS, across Australia and internationally. We will provide stewardship for the service, highlighting APS successes and leadership domestically and internationally.

We will bring people together to generate citizen-centric solutions and promote the outcomes.

We will support the APS in celebrating successes, in collaborating and working across traditional boundaries, and in working with other governments and the private sector. 

We will develop a contemporary employee value proposition for the APS, centred on meaningful work, inclusive workplaces, and opportunities for development and growth for all employees.

We will provide high quality communications including annual APS-wide conferences, social media and online activities.

We will provide a compelling and transparent picture of the APS, including successes and challenges, through the annual State of the Service Report.
