At KPMG, it is our people and our culture that create the most value for our business, clients and our community.  We believe that a diverse workplace attracts the best talent and provides the best outcomes overall.  Women form 50 per cent of our society, and gender equality is at the core to creating a truly diverse workplace.  Setting gender targets was only the beginning of our journey.  We have reviewed our policies and processes, and implemented programs where the purpose is to ensure diversity of thought and a culture of inclusion.
