Program overview

The EL Practice Program supports participants to move beyond their technical expertise and develop critical management and leadership capabilities. Participants learn how to negotiate the middle-management tensions that arise between effective operations now and preparing for future change.

Participants engage in a range of challenging and supportive development experiences including, interactions with senior public sector executives, group discussions, working with real-world public sector examples, and workplace learning assignments.
