The objective of this workshop is to assist the executive assistant and/or senior executive manager, to:
- Explore what makes a high performance EA–SES partnership.
- Understand the skills, knowledge and attributes that contribute to this partnership and how to develop these further.
- Understand differences in thinking styles and what this can mean for working together as a team.
- Develop an action plan to enhance the EA-SES partnership to leverage greater productivity to create an environment of less stress and more flexibility in managing complex and dynamic work contexts.
