Choice of interactive workshop:Workshop 1: Understanding change Change is personal and resistance is normal. Sometimes change can be misunderstood and mismanaged because we fail to understand our own reactions and those of our staff and/or colleagues. What are some of the common elements of successful change and how can you be an effective part of it? Workshop 2: Supporting change through communication Our ability to communicate during times of change is critical. Without the right communication, people become uncertain and negative and are unable to see the benefits or even understand the purpose of the change. Communication impacts employees' reactions and it can therefore determine the outcome of any change. |
