APSC event terms and conditions

Confirmation and reminders: Upon registration a confirmation notice will be sent to you to confirm your registration. You will receive periodic reminders in the lead up to this event.

Fees and charges: Fees may be subject to change, however you will be provided with reasonable notice of any change.

Travel, accommodation and meals: Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs and arrangements, where applicable. Some meals are provided during these events. Attendees will receive advice about meals prior to each event.

Substitutes and refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between events, however substitutes are permitted. Please contact the APSC Events Team via events [at] apsc.gov.au ( )to advise changes.

APS Code of Conduct: The conduct of public servants, both inside and outside the workplace, can have implications on the confidence the community has in the administration of an agency or the APS as a whole. APS employees participating in APSC events must abide by the APS Code of Conduct, uphold the APS Values and adhere to the APS Employment Principles. Attendees from non-APS bodies are generally required to comply with similar codes of conduct.

Identifying information: Your information is collected for the purpose of the Australian Public Service Commissioner’s functions under the Public Service Act 1999. The purpose includes coordinating and supporting APS-wide training and career development opportunities and fostering leadership and reporting on the State of the Service. Your information may be used for course administration, statistical analysis and evaluation of programs. Some details may be disclosed to your home agency for administrative and statistical/monitoring purposes. Your information may be used to distribute information about other Commission-run or sponsored opportunities and to check our other databases. Occasionally mailing lists are made available to bodies with related functions. If you do not wish to have your information used for marketing purposes please advise the APSC Events Team via events [at] apsc.gov.au.

Other conditions: While the APSC aims to deliver events at the specified locations and dates identified on this registration, changes may occur. The APSC will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of these changes to participants.
