APS Framework for High Potential

Assessing whether an employee has the potential to be
successful in more senior roles is one of the more difficult elements of talent

The APS Framework for High Potential was developed to
provide APS agencies with a practical understanding of the qualities that
indicate high potential. The Framework is based on research across 19 models
and is grounded in a strong evidence base.
