Capability Development 110602 Capability development professionals manage the acquisition of assets focussed on increasing or developing current capability. They conduct research and analysis, collaborate, manage and produce capability proposals, specify the capability lifecycle requirements of acquisition, sustainment (use-in service) and disposal.
Disposal 110603 Disposal professionals manage and administer the disposal of mobile and non-mobile assets.
Sustainment Manager 110604 Sustainment management professionals manage the sustainment (use-in-service) of assets. This includes creating, updating, depreciating, disposal, stocktaking and revaluation of the assets listed in the assets register, providing policy advice on associated assets matters.
Corporate Support Business Manager 110501 Business managers organise and control the functions and resources of an office such as administrative systems and office personnel. They provide co-ordination, support and advice in relation to business and operational issues.
Corporate and Business Planner 110502 Corporate and business planners deliver or support the delivery of robust and strategic planning which underpins the day-to-day operations of the organisation. They assess the environment and identify risks and challenges and actions the business will take to achieve its goals.
Corporate Services Advice and Support 110503 Corporate services advice and support professionals provide advice on the administration and use of organisational corporate services and functions.
Corporate Services Manager 110504 Corporate Services Manager coordinate cross-functional corporate service delivery, ensuring consistency with policies and processes. They identify and deliver efficiencies and facilitate collaboration across functional lines.
Executive Support Personal/Executive Assistance and Support 110201 Personal assistants perform liaison, administration, coordination and organisational tasks in support of Executives, Managers and professionals.*
Receptionist 110202 Receptionists receive and welcome visitors, patients, guests and clients, and respond to inquiries and requests.*
Secretariat and Committee Coordination 110203 Secretariat and committee coordinators support the governance processes of a committee, specific governance body or regulatory function.
Facilities and Property Building Leasing, Fit Out and Maintenance 110301 Building leasing, fit out and maintenance professionals supervise construction sites, and organise and coordinate the material and human resources required for building fit out and maintenance.*
Environmental Manager 110304 Environmental managers oversee the environmental performance of private and public sector organisations and for developing, implementing and monitoring environmental strategies that promote sustainable development.
Estate Manager 110306 Estate management professionals are responsible for the management and oversight of real estate and properties on behalf of an organisation.
Facilities Manager 110302 Facilities Managers coordinate demand and supply of facilities and services including air conditioning, buildings, lifts, lighting, transportation, IT-services and furniture.
Warehousing 110305 Warehousing professionals coordinate storage and distribution operations within an organisation. They perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

This includes daily operational activities, detailed resource planning and allocation, assurance of standards, operations coordination, operational readiness, logistics and operational training.
Operations Coordination 110404 Operations coordination professionals plan, organise, direct, control and review the day-to-day operations and major functions of operations. This includes directing, leading, or managing operational teams.
