i For the purposes of this guide, the general term ‘member of the public’ is used. This includes members of the general population, clients, non-APS employees, former employees, vendors, contractors, journalists, etc. For ease of reference in this guide, the term ‘client’ and ‘member of the public’ are used interchangeably.
