Women make up 62.8% of non-ongoing employees. Non-ongoing staff are likely to be younger and at lower levels. Almost one quarter of non-ongoing employees are aged under 25 (22.3%), compared with 4.9% of ongoing employees, and 67.2% are at APS 1–4, compared with 37.8% of ongoing staff.
