As set out in the Introduction, June 2008 data for both ongoing and non-ongoing staff contained in this section is sourced from APSED. Most data for earlier years in Table 1 is also sourced from APSED and is subject to revision as historical data is updated. The data source for non-ongoing staff prior to 1999 is the Staffing Monitor System.
