Section 2 – Non-ongoing staff
The source of data for Section 2 is APSED. For a definition of 'non-ongoing' staff see Appendix 1 ‘Explanatory Notes’.
Women make up 62.2% of non-ongoing employees. Non-ongoing staff are likely to be younger and at lower levels. The proportion of non-ongoing employees aged under 25 is 21.1%, compared with 5.0% of ongoing employees, and 64.8% are at APS 1–4, compared with 39.8% of ongoing staff.
