Section 2 – Non-ongoing staff

An extra table showing agency by type of non-ongoing employment category and sex has been added this year.
Women make up 63.1% of non-ongoing employees. Non-ongoing staff are likely to be younger and at lower levels. The proportion of nonongoing employees aged under 25 is 19.7%, compared with 4.0% of ongoing employees, and 71.0% are at APS 4 and below, compared with 41.0% of ongoing staff.
