Section 2: Non-ongoing staff

Non-ongoing staff are more concentrated at lower levels, with over 90% at APS 6 and below, compared with less than 80% of ongoing staff. Women make up 63.7% of non-ongoing employees. Nearly a third (32.7%) of non-ongoing employees are in their twenties compared to 16.4% of ongoing employees.
