Section 1: All staff

As set out in the Introduction, June 2003 data for both ongoing and non-ongoing staff contained in this section is sourced from APSED. Data for earlier years for ongoing staff in Table 1 is also sourced from APSED and is subject to revision as historical data is updated. Non-ongoing staff numbers for earlier years in Table 1 are the same as those published previously.
