Strategic Communications and Systems Thinking is presented by the Australian Public Service Commission, in association with the Australian National University.
This programme will explore how to ensure your agency is communicating strategically and engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders to best achieve its objectives.

- The art of strategic communications is to engage, inform and learn from key stakeholders.
- Through an interactive case study, this programme includes discussion about understanding the communication needs of stakeholders and the role of taking multiple perspectives in strategic communications.
- Examine the key areas of
- identifying and working with key stakeholders
- The strategic communications implications of the 7 elements of the Government’s vision for the Australian Public Service
- understanding the communication needs of stakeholders, and
- learning, organisational change, crisis management and communication.
