SES Updates – Innovation – what senior executives need to know
This event jointly hosted by Ms Carmel McGregor, Deputy Australian Public Service Commissioner and Mr Ian McPhee PSM, Auditor-General, Australian National Audit Office is specially pitched at senior executives. Grahame Cook, PSM, GAICD, FAIM, key author of the better practice guide Innovation in the Public Sector: Enabling Better Performance, Driving New Directions will discuss among other things the essential pre-conditions for innovation, fostering a stronger innovation culture in your organisation and development and implementation of an innovation strategy.
