Policy for SES

Policy for SES is presented by the Australian Public Service Commission, in association with the Australia and New Zealand School of Government. This program will explore the complex art of policy development, implementation and evaluation.

The ability to digest and implement policy is an essential skill for the SES. This program will deepen your understanding of policy as a sphere of activity and its significance to individual, organisational and whole-ofgovernment performance within the APS.

building policy capability and performance in the APS
