Learn to be an effective Coach
Learn to maximise your people’s potential through effective coaching and mentoring.
program overview
- this series of practical workshops will enhance the communication, coaching and mentoring skills of Senior leaders in the APS
- each workshop is specifically targeted at building staff capability and productivity
- the program is paced over a six week period, allowing skill utilisation and integration through learning activities conducted between the workshops
- a Recall session is held to review progress, explore and exchange learning and experiences since the last workshop, with a focus on Reflective Practice.

About the facilitator
John Raymond, Head of Coaching for Yellow Edge has been coaching for over a decade and has worked with all level of APS managers. He has coached and trained managers from APS 6 to SES levels in various organisations, as well as mentoring and supervising internal coaches. He is currently the President for the International Coach Federation, Australasia.
