each workshop is specifically targeted at building staff capability and productivity
the programme is paced over a six week period, allowing skill utilisation and integration through learning activities conducted between the workshops

About the facilitator

John Raymond, Coaching Practice Manager for YellowEdge has been coaching for over a decade and has worked with all level of APS managers. He has coached and trained managers from APS 6 to SES levels in various organisations, as well as mentoring and supervising internal coaches. He is involved with the International Coach Federation at local, regional and international levels.
