Leader to Leader series
Leader to Leader is a series of strategic discussions aimed at stimulating debate about APS-wide challenges and future Public Sector reforms. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions or quest speakers and discuss issues further while networking with their SES colleagues.

The Prime Minister’s Advisory Group on Reform of Australian Government Administration is considering how the APS needs the highest quality workforce to meet the challenges ahead, and the importance of a more strategic approach to human capital planning.
Ann Sherry AO, CEO Carnival Australia and member of the Advisory Group will share her views and experiences of workforce planning in this context.
