Leading Australia’s Future In Alliance (LAFIA) with the USA

Band 3 leaders and their US counterparts will attend a unique and challenging one week residential at the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Program objectives cover strengthening effective and strategic leadership in the APS, gaining a comparative view of the Westminster and Executive Presidency systems and establishing networks with the US public service.
