HR Boost: building a great APS by boosting the capability of HR

The Unlocking Potential report found that HR in the APS is not sufficiently focused on high-value strategic activities. Employers across both the public and private sectors are re-designing their HR business models so that HR can take on a stronger strategic role in assisting the business to achieve corporate goals, both in the present and into the future. We'll be supporting APS agencies to shift HR in this direction.

We'll be working closely with agencies to assess and build HR capability, so stay tuned.
