Review of actions - primary review

Information for applicants

The Australian Public Service Commission has prepared an information sheet for applicants who wish to apply for primary review of actions, including of a decision that they have breached the Code of Conduct, or the sanction imposed. The information sheet includes application forms which can be downloaded and used to submit your request for review.

The Commission has centralised the administration of reviews of action in their Canberra office in the Review Casework and Inquiries Section. The application form for primary review (code of conduct cases) or application form for primary review (other than code of conduct cases)should be sent with any relevant information that is directly relevant to your request for review to:
