The Australian Public Service Commission continues to support capability building through a comprehensive and coordinated suite of leadership, learning and development programs and events for APS employees. These programs and events aim to develop the capability of APS employees to deliver on government priorities, objectives and outcomes.

The Commission also delivers quality, on-site training for APS agencies. Programs are able to be customised to help agencies achieve value for their learning and development investment, while meeting the needs of individual learners. The Commission's programs have recently been refreshed and can be delivered anywhere across Australia.
