The Commission offers the following nationally recognised programs:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
Target audience: APS 5 - EL 2
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) enables people to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessments in a range of contexts.
This unique learning pathway is designed especially to enhance the careers of trainers and assessors in the Australian Public Service and is ideally suited to new and developing trainers and assessors. The program places a strong emphasis on training effectively in the APS environment and enhances trainers and assessors understanding of the Public Sector Training Package. The program will challenge participants to be a successful trainer and assessor.

Diploma of Government (PSP50112)
Target audience: APS 5 - 6 and graduates
This unique learning pathway is designed especially to enhance the careers of Australian public servants and is ideally suited to new and developing managers.

Public Sector Management (PSM) Program
Target audience: current mid-level managers in local, state or territory or Commonwealth government.
PSM Program is a university level program that develops and enhances skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviours in leadership and management for Commonwealth, state and local government public sectors and government enterprises in order to improve public sector outcomes.
