Essential writing for APS 1–4 levels
All Australian Public Service (APS) employees have a responsibility to produce clear and effective letters, emails, reports and other documentation. This programme provides an introduction to Commonwealth writing style guides and gives you an understanding of the fundamentals required to write clear, well presented and accurate documents that meet APS requirements.
