eLearning Support Services and Solutions Panel
eLearning is an important learning and development tool for the contemporary workplace and is an area of rapid growth within the public sector. In keeping with its National Leadership, Learning and Development Strategy, the Commission established the eLearning Support Services and Solutions Panel to provide streamlined access for agencies; encourage adoption of innovative services; and ensure content developed within the eLearning environment is of a high standard and capable of accreditation (if required). There are 22 specialist eLearning firms of the panel.
The Panel will assist agencies with simple, one-off projects or complex ongoing implementations through all stages of the eLearning cycle – identifying your requirements, implementation, Learning Management Systems, hosting solutions, technical support and ongoing evaluation and maintenance.

The eLearning experts can provide advice on a board range of matters, including:

Content development & accreditation
The Panel will assist agencies with simple, one-off projects or complex ongoing implementations through all stages of the eLearning cycle – identifying your requirements, implementation, Learning Management Systems, hosting solutions, technical support and ongoing evaluation and maintenance.
Content developed can be accredited by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or other accrediting organisation (e.g. tertiary institutions or industry associations).
Content deployment, learning management systems and hosted services
Services offered by the eLearning Panel include:
- Migration of existing content to an eLearning environment
- Modification of existing content in an eLearning environment
- Deployment of new content in an eLearning environment
- In Agency implementation - where there is a wide variety of agency requirements extending from centralised to distributed processing environments
- Hosted implementation - providing options for agencies who don’t wish to install and maintain eLearning solutions within their own information technology environment
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) including:
- tracking and reporting of competency acquisition
- mapping and monitoring of enterprise-wide competency levels
- tracking and administration of students, providers, courses and registered assessors
- statistical analysis & evaluation
- Innovative facilitation including:
- moderated eLearning forums
- participant contribution tool
- collaborative content creation and interaction
- learning communities and networks.
Training & support services
- User Training - design or provide training solutions which may include:
- manuals
- online instructions
- classroom-based training
- one-on-one training
- distance and remote learning
- Infrastructure training - comprehensive technical training for information technology staff where in-house solutions are deployed
- Content Management training including:
- instructional design to maximise learning
- training of agency staff to develop and maintain their own content
- administrator training
- content editing and management
- train-the-trainer instruction
- Help Desk including:
- User Support for system access, functionality and content use
- Agency Support for Infrastructure and content management
