Executive Level transition – EL 2
As an EL 2, the breadth of responsibility, profile and expectations required from you increases. This programme deepens your understanding of the capabilities and behaviours identified in the APS Integrated Leadership System (ILS) which are critical to high performance at the EL 2 level. Learn how to confidently and appropriately respond to the challenge of higher expectations and more complex responsibilities.
Programme overview
- explanation of what high performance indicators, as outlined in the ILS, are required at the EL 2 level
- identifying and applying the behaviours which contribute to effective negotiations
- identifying and applying questioning and listening behaviours to build ‘deep understanding’
- identifying and applying behaviours which enable you to build effective internal and external relationships
- learn how to build effective networks and teams
- identifying and applying behaviours contributing to strategic capability at the EL 2 level
