Program overview

This program covers the roles of the Executive Assistant when working with executive level staff. Understand what particular knowledge and skills are needed for EAs and SES to work as a team. Learn about thinking styles and how to use these to create effective partnerships.

Participant benefits

The objective of this workshop is to assist the executive assistant and/or senior executive manager, to:

  • Explore what makes a high performance EA–SES partnership.
  • Understand the skills, knowledge and attributes that contribute to this partnership and how to develop these further.
  • Understand differences in thinking styles and what this can mean for working together as a team.
  • Develop an action plan to enhance the EA-SES partnership to leverage greater productivity to create an environment of less stress and more flexibility in managing complex and dynamic work contexts.
