The Learning and Development Panel is structured around six (6) broad Capability Elements for the delivery of training, including design, development and evaluation of training programs and two (2) Service Areas.

Please note: Suppliers approved under this Panel arrangement may not be approved to deliver all categories under the Panel.

Service Area 1: Organisational learning needs analysis and evaluation services

Delivering the following services at the organisational level, or a group within an organisation:

  • analysis of current learning and development products and services and identification of skill gaps for agencies
  • specialist advice on training needs and strategies for fulfilling organisation capability requirements

Service Area 2: Coaching services

Delivering the following services:

  • Facilitation of coaching services at an individual or group level
