The program contains all the usual features like 360 Survey, executive coaching and workshops. However the DEWHA program contains innovative features that are delivering tight integration with corporate objectives and engaging staff with unique activities. At DEWHA they say: “This ain’t no sheep-dip program”. Come and hear about a practical, realistic program that serves staff every day.
