Would you like to develop your skills in leading collaborative work with diverse stakeholders?

This course is for APS executives who want to develop skills in leading collaborative work with diverse stakeholders. You will learn about the theory and practice of collaboration, and by the end of the program will have new insights and skills, and an action plan to progress your collaborative initiative.

This program is intended to strengthen your ability to:

  • Recognise the purpose of collaboration and the contexts where collaboration is most useful.
  • Examine the organisational environment to identify the challenges and opportunities for effective collaboration.
  • Implement strategies to work effectively with diverse interests, loyalties and values among stakeholders.

Date: 15-17 May (3 days)
Location: APSC Learning Centre – Aviation House, Phillip
Audience: EL2 – SES (or acting at these levels)
Cost: $2,820 per participant
