Micro-agency report released
The Micro-Agency survey was conducted in 2011 in cooperation with 13 small agencies, who were not covered by the State of the Service Report. The survey has five sections on Employee Engagement, Micro-Agency Leadership, Health and Wellbeing, Performance Management and Innovation and Social Media.
