Commissioner speaks at AGLN
The Australian Public Service Commissioner recently spoke at the Australian Government Leadership Network (AGLN) conferences in Melbourne and Sydney on the topic of Thinking outside the square – new approaches for tight times.
In his speech he spoke about the environment and some drivers of change that are relevant to the public sector and then the critical role that leaders need play in response, including their role in creating high performance agencies.
