APS Views: What's in a review?

The Australian Public Service Commission is pleased to launch two new streams of events for senior executives.

The APS Views events will stimulate thinking and discussion on issues of current and future interest for the APS and Leadership Conversations will provide an opportunity to hear from and engage with prominent leaders in the public, private and not-for profit sectors, with candid discussions on their experiences in leading large and complex organisations

What’s in a review? Building the institutional capability of the APS

The first APS Views event focuses on Capability Reviews in the APS and features a range of speakers who will share their insights on the capability review model, and process, and the role these reviews are playing in building a stronger institutional capability within agencies and across the APS.

Panellists:

  • Ms Lisa Paul AO PSM, Secretary of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations
  • Ms Kerri Hartland, Deputy Director General, ASIO
  • Ms Akiko Jackson, Founder and CEO at AHJ & Associates

This event promises to be a stimulating and engaging discussion, with the opportunity for shared learning across the APS.
