For employment policy matters not covered by the Commission, you may want to contact the following agencies:

Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations
responsible for policy matters relating to pay and allowances, leave, classifications and, agreement making

Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
responsible for Annual Reporting policies, guidance on caretaker conventions, remuneration and conditions of employment for Secretaries, and guidelines for official witnesses before Parliamentary Committees

Department of Finance and Deregulation
responsible for policies on financial management and fiscal probity in the APS

ComSuper
responsible for the administration of matters relating to Commonwealth superannuation

Comcare
responsible for administration of the Commonwealth occupational health and safety framework and the workers’ compensation scheme.
