Working with other people has always been an integral part of working in the APS. This module discusses the types of situations in which APS employees may be working with others (including whole of government work) and addresses behavioural aspects which influence how we work with other people.
On successful completion of this module, you will be able to describe the expectations of workplace behaviour in the APS (including issues of harassment and bullying, workplace diversity and occupational health and safety) and list key personal skills required to effectively work with others.
